An advanced panel at a lab near you. It measures far more than hormones, including thyroid, metabolic and blood markers that produce the same symptoms.
No single number decides anything. Your clinician reads your results alongside your symptoms and your history.
Thirty minutes by video, with your results already read before you join. You leave with a written plan, and your prescriptions go to a pharmacy to be filled.
Nothing is prescribed before we see your labs, and we make nothing on what we prescribe.
We run the panel again and read it against your baseline and against how you feel. Doses change here, and so does the form if something is not absorbing.
Message your clinician any time before then. Adjustments do not need an appointment, and your labs and visits are already covered.
A full review twice a year with labs in between. Anything you want to add later, like hair, skin or sexual health, takes a message rather than an appointment.

Being seen in Pennsylvania
Do I need to live in Pennsylvania to be seen?
You need to be physically in Pennsylvania at the time of your visit, which is how medical licensing works for telehealth. Dr. Vogt is also licensed in New Jersey, New York and Delaware, so moving between those four does not interrupt your care.
Is any of this in person?
No. Visits are by video, and the first one is a 30-minute appointment rather than a form. The only thing you leave the house for is bloodwork, at a lab near you, and that is once at the start and then on a recheck.

To your local pharmacy or a compounding pharmacy, depending on the product. Either way you pay the pharmacy directly and we take nothing on it. What each medication costs is listed in what we prescribe.
Do you treat men as well as women?
Both. Most clinics in this category take one or the other; Verso treats men and women, and the treatment plan is built for whoever is in front of us rather than from a template.
